AS PART OF THE BUILDING OWNERS CAPITAL WORKS PROGRAMME, THE HOSKINS TEAM WERE ENGAGED TO UNDERTAKE UPGRADES ACROSS THE BRAND OUTLET CENTRE WITH A FOCUS ON IMPROVING AMENITY, INCREASING THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE OFFERING AND INSTALL HIGH- AND LOW-LEVEL ADDITIONAL CANOPIES THROUGHOUT THE MALL.
Features of this project include:
Design and Construct with a 30% design completion project focusing on structural steel and canopy design.
Relocate the existing CMO offices including new fit out.
Capitalise on the Wellington St address by developing an all-new food and beverage precinct of circa 500sqm.
Install new weather protection canopies at high and low levels, involving significant craneage planning and maintaining access to patrons during normal shopping hours.
Create a new entry precinct to welcome patrons from Wellington Street and the adjacent car park.
Maintain access to all tenancies within the Outlet Centre during all normal trading hours.
