Pinsent Mason Fit Out

THROUGH PROJECT MANAGERS, TURNER & TOWNSEND, HOSKINS CONTRACTING WERE ENGAGED TO DELIVER THE NEW PINSENT MASONS PERTH OFFICES WITHIN ALLENDALE SQUARE. UNDER DESIGN DIRECTION FROM DESIGN THEORY, A PROGRESSIVE AND DETAILED INTERIOR FIT OUT WAS COMPLETED BEFITTING THIS INTERNATIONAL FIRM BASED OUT OF LONDON.

 

Features of this project include:

  • With construction commencing during Covid-19, extensive value engineering and product sourcing was required to ensure the project was able to proceed in line with the required programme as well as achieving and limiting any budgetary issues associated with supply constraints and availability.
  • A progressive amount of design detail required a high degree of trade input to achieve the designer’s intent and overall concept. This included many mock-ups and samples to meet the design detail.
  • A custom stone floor through the front of house impacted floor levels throughout and required a large amount of floor leveling through this location, with six openings abutting this finish.
  • The high level of specification through out included a custom Woven Image acoustic wall panel throughout the board room, curved custom routered walls throughout, finished in a rich navy colour. double glazing to the boardrooms as well as a bespoke framing system to accommodate the irregular angles of the walls. Doors throughout the tenancy are custom American Oak.
  • A condensed construction programme was achieved to meet the clients requirements for relocation.
