Following the successful delivery of the 14WD for MRL, Hoskins was engaged under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) approach to lead the comprehensive refurbishment of the building at 24WD. This project involved a complete transformation, with the building stripped back to its raw concrete and the roof replaced. Every element of this structure has been meticulously exposed, remediated, and upgraded to meet modern standards. Working to an accelerated programme, the centre was open three months earlier than the contract programme. This comprehensive refurbishment project showcases our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability, transforming the 24WD building into a modern, functional, and inviting space.
