KINGSWAY SHOPPING CENTRE – DINING PRECINCT

WITH THE EVER-EXPANDING RESIDENTIAL NORTHERN CORRIDOR, THE OWNERS OF THE KINGSWAY CITY SHOPPING CENTRE CITED A NEED TO PROVIDED AN INCREASED FOOD AND BEVERAGE OFFERING TO IT’S PATRONS OF THE CENTRE. HOSKINS CONTRACTING HAVE BEEN ENGAGED UNDER AN ECI APPROACH TO FINALISE DESIGN AND BUDGETS WHILE COMMENCING EARLY WORKS ON SITE.

Features of this project include:

• Working closely with all stakeholders in an “open book” approach to develop a cost led design completion.
• Investigate alternative design solutions to achieve the clients’ budgets through collaborative workshops with the design team and subcontractors.
• Maintain construction programme for completion in line with new tenant leasing requirements and agreements.
• Undertake construction works, including civils and structural works within the live shopping centre environment.
