JOONDALUP HOUSE – GROUND FLOOR LOBBY

WITH A NUMBER OF LONGTERM GOVERNMENT TENANTS IN THE BUILDING, CENTURIA WERE KEEN TO UPDATE THE TIRED MAIN ENTRY OF THE BUILDING, THROUGH THE CONSTRUCION OF A NEW ENTRY CANOPY STATEMENT, GROUND FLOOR LIFT LOBBY, AMENITIES AND COMMUNAL TEA PREP FACILITIES. 

 Features of this project include: 

 Maintain “business as usual” for all existing building tenants and visitors, with all noisy and disruptive works occurring out of hours at nominated times. 

 Staging of the works to enable tenant access through the ground floor lobby and tenancies. With only one lift in the building, maintaining access was a priority.  

Construction of a new structural entry canopy, and aluminium cladding and signage. 

 Realignment of structural blockwork walls to either side of the lift to create a larger communal tea prep.  

 New switchboard installations and FIP relocations. 

 New tenancy shopfronts with the addition of structural upgrades and security. 

 100% live and sensitive environment.
