HBF Stadium Accessible Lift Installation

AS PART OF A PROGRAMME OF CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT, VENUES WEST HOW MANAGE HBF STADIUM REQUIRED THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT OF A NEW MULTI-STOP LIFT INSTALLATION TO FACILITATE ACCESSIBLE MOVEMENT THROUGH THE FACILITY AND MEET COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS.

Features of this project include:

• Complete the design work for the new lift shaft, incorporating a five stop lift with glazed shaft lining.
• Provide a cost-effective approach in maintaining access and operations of the facility across multiple levels with multiple tenant stakeholders and general public.
• Demolish structural elements of the building, and construct new concrete suspended walkway bridges to the upper level of the building.
• Undertake modifications to the existing theatre on the lower ground floor, including alterations to the tiered seating and entry.
• Construct a new lift over run structure above the existing roof line for the new lift installation.
