Fortescue Abernethy Road – Forrestfield Facility Stage One

Hoskins embarked on a 1,500sqm commercial office development, designed to support Fortescue’s green energy initiatives. The project modernised and revitalised an aging workspace with updated meeting facilities, open-plan workstations, and enhanced breakout areas across two levels. Value engineering and stakeholder collaboration were key to the project’s success, setting the stage for Stage Two’s 13,000sqm research facility development.
