AUSTRALIA PLACE BUILDING OWNERS SELECTED HOSKINS CONTRACTING THROUGH A COMPETATIVE TENDER PROCESS TO WORK CLOSELY WITH THE CONSULTING TEAM THROUGH AN ECI PROCESS, TO COMPLETE THE DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS AND CONSTRUCTION BUDGETS FOR THE NEW ENTRY CANOPY AND FORECOURT ALONG WITH A REFURBISHMENT OF THE GROUND FLOOR LOBBY AND LIFT UPGRADES. 

Features of this project include: 

Work closely with architects, COX to progress concept designs for the refurbished entry canopy and forecourt, with a focus on meeting the client’s budget and programme. 

Provide buildability advice as the design progresses including lead times on specified materials and investigations into suitable alternatives. 

Carryout on site invasive investigations to enable completion of connection documentation for accurate trade costing. 

Develop construction programme including staging and hoarding plans whilst works are undertaken.
