COLLIERS INTERNATION REPRESENTING BUILDING OWNERS, FAR EAST ORGANIZATION REQUIRED THE STRIP OUT OF 20+ YEAR OLD TENANCIES AND THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF SEVEN SPECULATIVE SHOW SUITES ACROSS 3 FLOORS AND THE REFURBISHMENT OF THREE LEVELS OF LIFT LOBBIES AND AMENITIES.

Features of this project include:

• Engagement of design consultants for both interiors and services documentation.
• Completion of design concepts through to construction documentation as well as all finishes and FF&E.
• Complete demolition and removal of all existing fit out including ceiling grid and lighting fixtures.
• Removal of hazardous materials located within the building.
• Construction works over three levels (circa 3,000m²) which included construction of 8 tea prep / breakout areas, meeting rooms, board rooms, collaborative areas and front of house reception areas.
• Maintain “business as usual” for all existing building tenants and visitors, with all noisy and disruptive works occurring out of hours at nominated times.
