WORKING COLLABORATIVELY WITH THE BUILDING OWNERS AND THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM, HOSKINS CONTRACTING WORKED CLOSELY WITH BUILDING MANAGEMENT TO DEVELOP SCOPE AND BUDGETS FOR THE REFRESH OF THIS SIGNIFICANT LANDHOLDING IN PERTH’S CBD. THE RESULT WAS TO BRING THE PROJECT TO MARKET IN AN ECI/D&C APPROACH TO COMPLETE THE DESIGN AND SPECIFICATION WHILST MAINTAINING A STRICT BUDGET FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION.
Features of this project include:
Maintain “business as usual” for all existing building tenants and visitors, with all noisy and disruptive works occurring out of hours at nominated times.
Manage all design coordination with finishes and services including all statutory building approvals (DA through to Building Permit).
Design completion and installation of artistic entry statement with refurbishment of the ground floor lobby.
Ensure all elements of the client’s requirements are included and met in the deliverables of the project.
