WA Country Health Service, Grace Vaughan House Stg 4

THE WA COUNTRY HEALTH SERVICE HAS BEEN UNDERGOING A SIGNIFICANT UPGRADE TO THEIR SHENTON PARK FACILITY, GRACE VAUGHAN HOUSE. HOSINS CONTRACTING WERE SELECTED TO UNDERTAKE THE STAGE 4 REFURBISHMENT AND WILL COMPLETE THE UPGRADES TO THE BUILDING.

Features of this project include:

• Stage 4 works include the largest portion of refurbishment works across a significant portion of the building.
• Complete demolition and construction of all interior fit out components including significant upgrades to existing services.
• Complete painting of the exterior of the building.
• Complete refurbishment of the existing theatre, including all new theatre seating.
• Maintain “business as usual” for the WACHS staff and visitors to Grace Vaughan House whilst these extensive refurbishments are being undertaken.
