FOLLOWING ON FROM THE SUCCESSFUL PROGRESS OF WACHS PROJECT AT GRACE VAUGHAN HOUSE IN SHENTON PARK, HOSKINS CONTRACTING WERE SELECTED TO CONSTRUCT THE NEW WA COUNTRY HEALTH TENANCY LOCATED WITHIN THE NEWLY COMPLETED B418 ON THE CURTIN UNIVERSITY CAMPUS. 

 Features of this project include: 

Careful attention to all movement to and from the level 2 & 3 tenancies located within a live operating student zone. 

Extensive procurement strategies were developed to facilitate occupation of the tenancies by WACHS staff ahead of full practical completion. A number of design elements were on lengthy lead times. 

Strict adherence to Curtin policies and operational requirements. 

High attention to detail and numerous high-end details and finishes. Extensive detailed joinery elements.
