WORKING WITHIN A NEWLY REFURBISHED BUILDING IN MOUNT PLEASANT, THE HOSKINS TEAM UNDERTOOK THE DETAILED FIT OUT OF THIS NATIONAL CLIENT BASED ON THE EASTERN SEABOARD.

Both client and design team were located on the east coast, requiring extensive communication plans to ensure the project progressed as programmed, RFI’s resolved and the level of quality outcomes to exceed the clients’ expectations.

A high level of acoustic attenuation was built into the fit out and involved multiple layers of soundcheck plasterboard and Acoustigard insulation to achieve a high level of acoustic performance.

Large number of curved partition walls with high acoustic properties required extensive attention to detail to achieve a seamless curve.
