HALE SCHOOL – ADMIN REFURBISHMENT

CENTRAL TO THE SCHOOLS ADMINISTRATION CENTRE, HALE SCHOOL UNDERTOOK A STAGED REFURBISHMENT OF THEIR ADMINISTRATION BUILDING. THE WORKS WERE SPREAD ACROSS ALMOST THE ENTIRE BUILDING AND INVOLVED TH INSTALLATION OF A NEW LIFT AND COMPLETE REFURBISHMENT OF THE SCHOOLS MAIN RECEPTION.

Features of this project include:

• Staged works with the majority of masonry demolition undertaken during school holidays so as to maintain “business as usual” during the school term.
• Installation of new balustrading, feature lighting, new reception counters along with feature ceilings and timber lining to complete a new reception centre for the school.
• Refurbishment of the staff amenities and breakout opening onto a newly refurbished courtyard.
• Installation of a new 2 stop lift to bring the building up to current codes enabling access to the upper floor.
