First Mode – Engineering Refurbishment

Features of this project include:

• Working closely with a highly engaged client to undertake the internal fit out works whilst they continue to develop sensitive material for space exploration and lunar activities.
• Identify existing building defects and manage the rectification of them through the building owners.
• Undertake investigations of existing internal fit out structure and look to reuse where possible.
• Complete works within a condensed programme to assist the client in their relocation and current accommodation requirements.
• Ensuring a high level of finish is delivered as specified by interiors specialist MKDC, with particular attention paid to the high level of detail in joinery items as well as a number of matt black internal walls.
