LOCATED WITHIN THE GROWING NORTHERN SUBURB OF BUTLER, THE LATEST DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT DVS CENTRE WAS CONSTRUCTED AND FITTED OUT. WHEN THE HOSKINS TEAM WERE ENGAGED BY BMW, THE NEW BUILDING WAS JUST COMPLETED, READY FOR THE DETAILED FIT OUT DESIGNED BY MKDC AND ATA ENGINEERING.

Features of this project include:

A number of VE options were investigated in order to achieve client budgets.

Construction of client-facing service counters, waiting rooms, self-service points, and DOT work areas.

A careful approach to minimising disruption to neighbouring tenants.

Construction of numerous bulkheads to support the segregation between FOH and BOH areas.

High focus on site safety, housekeeping and adherence to the site-specific safety management plan.
