Works in Kalgoorlie centred on the refurbishment of existing laboratory space to meet the new Curtin standards in the midst of an operating facility. Despite the regional location, completion was achieved several weeks ahead of the original client programme as a direct result of our skilled project team, detailed planning and collaborative approach with clients, consultants and subcontractors alike. As is the case with any remote project, success was dependent on the diligent use of strong business systems, flexibility in our approach and regular communication with all stakeholders.
