The previous glass, security screened teller’s desks were demolished to make way for an open, customer friendly desk that can be easily navigated for consultants to move freely around the branch to assist customers at desks where both the consultant and customers are on the same side of the desk and computer, in the private meeting spaces, or on the internet banking system also incorporated into the branch on stand up desks.
With a high focus on security, the new ATM room included mesh ceilings and steel panelling in the walls to guarantee this. The new glazed shop front required new structural steel reinforcements and toughened glass also to ensure maximum security.
The newly refurbished ANZ branch was completed on time and on budget, testament to our collaborative working with both the client and our subcontractors.
