Features of this project include:
Maintain “business as usual” for all existing building tenants and visitors, with all noisy and disruptive works occurring out of hours at nominated times.
Staging of the works to enable tenant access to the ground floor tenancies, lifts and tenant mail boxes.
Demolition of the existing revolving entry door and installation of two sets of custom curved auto doors to suit the circular vestibule.
Complete replacement of the existing stone flooring with new porcelain tiling, upgraded services and wall finishes throughout.
Installation of new steel and glazed entry canopy with structural upgrades and new stone cladding to the façade portal.
