12 St Georges Terrace Lobby Refurbishment

THE BUILDING OWNERS OF 12 ST GEORGES TERRACE COMMISSIONED IA DESIGN TO DESIGN A REFRESH TO THE BUILDINGS MAIN LOBBY ENTRY THROUGH THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW GLAZED CANOPY AND A REFRESH TO THE GROUND FLOOR LOBBY.

Features of this project include:

• Maintain “business as usual” for all existing building tenants and visitors, with all noisy and disruptive works occurring out of hours at nominated times.
• Staging of the works to enable tenant access to the ground floor tenancies, lifts and tenant mail boxes.
• Demolition of the existing revolving entry door and installation of two sets of custom curved auto doors to suit the circular vestibule.
• Complete replacement of the existing stone flooring with new porcelain tiling, upgraded services and wall finishes throughout.
• Installation of new steel and glazed entry canopy with structural upgrades and new stone cladding to the façade portal.
